privacy and confidentiality
We value your privacy as we value our own. Everything you say in the course of a session or write in your intake paperwork or other communications will be kept confidential except when required by law. We will never sell, lend, give or otherwise share your contact or other personal information with a third party.

cancellation
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled within that time will be subject to full payment or forfeit of your gift certificate. If you will be late for an appointment, please call us at 215-369-9787. we will make every effort to accommodate you within the time provision.

* If you "no-show" you will be billed in full for your missed session.

payment
We accept cash, check, MasterCard and Visa. Returned checks come with a $40 fee. Discounts cannot be combined. If you qualify for more than one discount, please use only one per session.

If you have a suggestion or if you had a less-than-stellar experience with us, please let us know so we can assure offering you the very best service we possibly can. Your honest feedback is the number one best tool we have to make that happen.

a note on patience
We know that your time is valuable and we make it a priority to run on time. However, we are also committed to keeping our practice small, flexible and personal. Because we do not want to be a "conveyor belt, in & put day spa" we may sometimes run a little behind. If this happens "take a time out" relax, enjoy the environment and use the time to take advantage of our eco-living library. Believe me, your experience will be worth the wait!

scheduling an appointment
Since we are not a fully-staffed spa or clinic with a full time receptionists, your call or email may likely come while we are in the middle of a 10-hour day. We will make every attempt to return your call within 2-5 hours, and we appreciate your patience as we work together to schedule the appointment time that is right for you.
